Welcome! Casa Loma is nestled in the midst of the warm Caribbean climate in the heart of the Mayan Riviera.
It is located in Playa del Carmen at calle Coral negro Playacar fase 1. This gated community offers 24-hour security and is a few steps from the private beach with its white sand and turquoise-blue water. The villa is directly next to the Mayan ruins. It offers a maximum amount of privacy, yet is only minutes away from the downtown. Dive, snorkel, or play golf. The home is open and spacious with its simple and elegant architecture of the Spanish Colonial era. There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. From the living room, you have access to the sundeck and private pool, a perfect spot for a barbecue. The rooftop palapa provides a beautiful area for yoga and the sunrise or evening cocktails with the sunset. It offers a breath-taking view of the Caribbean Sea. The island of Cozumel is just a ferry ride away. The kitchen is fully equipped and able to handle daily meals or the formal dinner party. The house provides satellite TV and internet access with Wi-Fi. There are air-conditioning and fans throughout the home. Our newest addition is solar panels, making the house eco-friendly. There are numerous activities in the Playa del Carmen area from walking down 5th Avenue with its shopping, international restaurants, and nightlife to scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, parasailing, exploring the Mayan ruins, or just lying around on the beach. Let your imagination run wild and plan your perfect vacation!
Please conserve electricity. Air-conditioning, fans, and lights are to be turned off when leaving the house.
Please recycle and sort paper, glass, plastic, and aluminum. The garbage is divided into organic waste and inorganic waste (regular trash). They are taken to the curb as posted. The drinking water bottles will require changing when empty. Empty bottles should also be taken to the curb and they will be replaced. The telephone is available for local calls only. The security gate number is 984 879-4860. They can arrange a taxi service. Please use your cell phone for all other purposes. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please smoke outdoors. For your security: Whenever you leave the house, please close and lock all the windows and doors. Keep your valuable possessions and passports in the security safe. We do not assume any liability for burglary or robbery. Be safe: We do not assume any liability for accidents or damages by people inside and outside the house, including the swimming pool. Only the number of people indicated at the time of booking may stay overnight in the home. If you break something, please fix it or have it replaced. If you find something that does not work, then please notify us and we will gladly fix it or have it replaced. We reserve the right to immediately rescind the leasing contract for any illegal acts, drug use, malicious damage to the property, or excessive noise pollution after 10 pm. Pool depth and kids
The pool is 5 ft deep and has a shallow area on one side, which is perfect for little kids.
Drinking water
5-gallon bottles of drinking purified water are delivered to the house by just putting the empty ones in the curb.
Parking space
There is a private parking space for 2 cars, and also the street is a could de sack so even 3 cars can park safely.

Internet and Satellite T.V.
There is internet in all the rooms and the pool and solarium areas as there are an expansion antenna and repeaters that guarantee you will have internet no matter which part of the House you are in. There is One Smart TV in the living room with sky T.V. in English.
Iin the master bedroom there is is a TV with SKY.
Bed Sheets and Towels
There are 2 sets of bed sheets and pillow covers for every bed. Bath towels are included 2 per person plus one beach towel per person.
Distance to Main square, 5Th. Ave. & ferry pier to Cozumel
The 5 fth. Avenue is about 1.6 miles, a 10-minute walk. The walking street is very safe and clean, there are private HOA security scooters patrolling Playacar 24/7. The Avenue Bahia del Espiritu Santo exits to the city at Plaza Paseo del Carmen Mall and from inside it connects to the Fifth avenue, so the transit to the Main Square, the dock and the Touristic pedestrian avenue is very safe to do by walking. Also, you can order a taxi calling from the house telephone to the main gate booth.
